Refund policy

At Power Pong Europe, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, our return policy is here to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns:

You have the right to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your product. To initiate a return, please contact us and ask for an approval. DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT WITHOUT OUR WRITTEN CONSENT.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return Process:

Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product to begin the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the product is found to be unused and in its original packaging upon inspection.

 

Inspection and Refund:

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

If the product is found to be unused and in its original packaging, we will process your refund, minus the 15% restocking fee, within 5 business days.

If the product is found to be used, a 25% fee will be applied instead of the 15% restocking fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product page for any specific exclusions.
